Any Suggestions To Repair My Laptop Keyboard? When I Press The Letter M The Letters Hm Are Produced.?
There are no relevent drivers from compaq to try. Any suggestions?

I have a similar problem… I have an old apple power book, and I popped all the buttons out, and cleaned underneath of them. if you want to take the lap top apart, clean out the rubber buttons underneath it. otherwise spray it with compressed air. that worked for me, but you may not be wanting to go that far… or you could take it to the shop and let them do it.
You probably have some dirt or foreign object stuck under a key. Try cleaning your keyboard.
if it’s under warranty, take it in. The keyboard probably needs to be replaced.
Ok if you already have tried to pop-up the keys (carefully) maybe is becasue some muoisture or water got into it, try to set it open for an hour under a dry or semi-sunny condition and see if it fixes it.. is easy to remove the hole keyboard and check out whats causing the problem
Other way if you find any problem is at download.com there is some tech programs to see if the keyboard is working properly, wich logs the hexagesimal code that generates when you press a key..this will tell you exactly the problem, since you may see a pic of the key being press and the code @ same time, and find the reason.. (missing-false contact or fault, or soo on)
