my laptop began to freeze as soon as I got it. It always freezes for no apparent reason. Sometimes even multiple times and I’m always forced to shut my laptop off by pressing the power button b/c it always freezes and stops responding and I never have any other option than to press the power button.
Please Help me figure this “freezing” issue out! Thanks!

Maybe you have a virus. Just an idea.

The reasons are endless. Do you get or see anything on the screen? e.g error codes
It could be virus, compatibility problem, conflict between hardware and software installed, corrupt drivers, system heating up over 50 degrees etc.
Start or restart your computer, press F8 before windows launches and use the last known good configuration. If no luck let me know i will tell you the next step to follow
