if you have several memory DIMMs, you may want to check that they have the same speed (333MHz or 400MHz aso.)
if not, put the fastest in the 1st slot (0 or 1), the slower in decreasing speed in the following RAM slots.
you may want to install ATITool ( http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/ATITo… (*NOT* for the overclocking but to check the GPU’s temp.)
did you maybe put the X1800 in a “casual desktop” without xtra cooling?
even though the card may not seem too hot, the VPU may still have a lower threshold
(cheap) advice: don’t overclock your card.

If you have installed other hardware since you installed the ATI card, then it may be conflicting with it. Remove the other hardware and see if it resolves your issue.
If the ATI card is the last thing you installed then you have a more difficult task at hand. You have to figure out what is conflicting. Make sure all your cards are seated properly. Try taking cards out one at a time to see what is conflicting.
It could be related to software you have running in the background. I noticed that you have a few items running in your sys tray, you may want to disable some of these before playing your game (not just for error reasons, but so you have better performance during gameplay). You should also make sure the game itself is patched if there is one available.
When you get the blue screen, it sometimes tells you if there was a driver or file which caused the conflict in the firstplace. As weird as this may sound, you may want to go back to an earlier version of the driver, or not install the whole catalyst package, and just the driver.
