How To Fix My Laptop Hp G60 Mic And Speaker Distortion?
Happy halloween everyone,
Just dropping in to ask this quick question. I bought my laptop last month and it is the HP G60 laptop. However, there’s two problems on it. one, the speaker is causing some sound muffling and 2 my microphone sometimes isnt working whenever i treid to speak with it. Some people already told me that its just the drivers that have problems but idk if thats true. Can someone help me solve this problem? i wanna enjoy chatting and singing using my laptop without sound distortions in both mic and speakers that i have here.

It is very important that you watch your microphone sensitivity when you are using it, the more sensitive you make it the more background noise you get. The less sensitive the louder you have to speak, or closer you have to get to the microphone. Have you tried using
right click sound icon bottom right hand side of screen, adjust properties, advanced in upper left tab, try moving the mic volume up and down. As far as the muffling of the speakers, if you are in chat, that is probably not your speakers fault, it’s the microphone on the other end that is muffled most likely…. If the computer is brand new send it in to the manufacturer.
