I Have An Hp Psc 1410 Printer And A Laptop Using Windows2000 Professional. I?

I cannot get the computer to recognise the printer. It happily scans and photocopies but I can’t print anything from the laptop. I’ve gone to the hp site but can find no drivers there. I am not all that familiar with the workings of a computer and have seen answers online regarding changing registries which I don’t understand. Is there an easy way round my problem?

    try using the drivers for the hp deskjet 990c and see if it works…. if not contact hp tech support chat thing… its free ;)
