why does my computer lag when i play call ofduty world at war and why does my speed say 2.16ghz proformance rated at 3.89ghz ? i dont under stan i did a can you run it scan and here is what i got

Check your power settings. Some machines are ‘throttled’ when on battery power, so the battery lasts longer.
You may also have inadvertently changed these at some point so it is doing the same on mains power (assuming that this is a laptop!)
This isn’t definitely the problem, but a good place to start looking.
