Probably need all the Adobe apps, .NET Framework and Java runtime – these apps are frequently used in web surfing and/or by other desktop apps.
The ALPS touch pad driver I’d definitely keep unless your laptop doesn’t happen to have a touchpad built in or as an add-on…anything else with ‘driver’ in the name I’d likewise not touch – removing them could possibly cause various hardware of software to stop working correctly.
Code Rules tutorial you can probably lose unless you want to learn VB.NET.
All the TOSHIBA stuff I’d keep (assuming it’s a Toshiba laptop) – they’re also likely various hardware drivers.
All the SQL Server stuff you can probably lose if you’re sure you don’t want a database management tool or plan to use a different one (like MySQL.)
The Windows Live stuff is iffy…if it’s actually removable via Add/Remove programs, then it should be safe to remove if you don’t use it (and should be able to reinstall via your system disk if you change your mind.)

You can probably get rid of the TOSHIBA stuff and the Windows Live stuff unless you use that.
